I am challenging myself to commit to 1 year of changing my habits to get healthy without buying into any of the Weight Loss and Health Industry commercialism. My goal is to:
1) Lower my blood sugar to 100
2) Feel better and have more energy
3) Lose at least 50 pounds and
4) Not buy any fad exercise or weight loss programs.

Day 15: Weigh In Day
Weigh in Day ... down 3 pounds to 226.5
I know that it is only a number but it feels so good to see it go down!
It feels like the first steps on a very long journey.
Taking it one day at a time.
Thankful for a good day !
